The physical state Kigi is in could only be described as "greek god". He has thick sturdy muscles, and a six pack, though he is thin, for his hieght at least. His hair is a deep red, as if it was soaked in blood for days, never to change. His face is calm and relaxing. He has an average jaw, but slightly gaunt cheek lines, making him very attractive. He has the hair of madara, but the face of Itachi. He has dark "bags" under his eyes from lack of sleep, even though he doesnt need it.

When smiling he has the craziest and creepiest smile you could ever imagine, making him very intimidating and oddly scary. His appearence is that of a tired man who has experienced more than even the oldest shinobi. Though he appears slightly aged, he is actually very young, but also very experienced. His physical appearance shows a serious young prodigy, however his past is damn near the exact opposite. His state of physical condition is far from what he truly is.

His clothes make him look extremely different from normal ninja. A normal ninja would dress in dark colors, blue or green for most, however he perfers red and black. He does not blend in very well. He doesnt need to hide, is why he claims he can wear black and red. His shirt is dark red, as if a man with high iron, and high blood pressure bled on it, soaking it in its dark embrace of color. He wears a chainmail shirt underneath that, which is able to conduct chakra. He usually wears a black jacket on top of that, made with steel plates, made everyone but the joint areas, allowing him top manueverability while maintaining the same defense properties. His pants are made the same way, even with a built in protective cup. The darkness of his pants are not black, that would be saying that midnight is equal to the sun. His jacket and pants are actually darker than black. He usually leaves his jacket open, which shows off his chest through his skin tight shirt. Though when he does not wish to be noticed, he wears a black cloak with a red inside. He also wears a mask, covering all of his face besides his eyes and forhead. Oddly enough, his eyes appear to have rinnegan, however he has no abilities of it.

Personality: The one thing that describes Kigi's personality is one word that makes men cry, women beg, and dogs howl. Insanity. Kigi is litteraly conflicted by every emotion there is, not understanding many of them, but knowing they are there, even though he has complete control of them, they annoy him constantly. His ruling emotions are nuetrality and love. He lacked love growing up and seeks it constantly as a man. Some see him as a manwhore, or a womanizer, the truth is he just wishes to be loved. Once he finds a single woman he loves he will settle down, until then he might as well have a hell of a time, right? To be honest he is deeply lonely, as part of his depriving childhood. He has few things he hates, but one thing that manages to bring out his true hatred, and that is arrogance. While he himself remains slightly prideful, he knows he can be beat, and hates when people act as though they are better than anyone else.

His true hatred lies within those who are prideful yet cannot back it up. He also hates those who look down on themselves for things others have done to them, or those who overdramatize with the situation. His way of looking at things is, if you have power and interefere, you need experience, if you have power, but manipulate events to better yourself and your allies, you are truly magnificent. He respects intelligence, holding an IQ of 153. He also loves making people feel fear, an odd effect of his powers.

Clan Name: Excussum
Kekkei Genkai: The main ability of the Excussum clan is the ability of lightning. When faced with lightning jutsu, many ninja are forced to resort to wind, however Excussum have an odd ability. Their bodies are not only immune to the effects of electricity, but actually get stronger from it. So much so that they get 100% of the energy required for the lightning.

Their other ability is manipulation of lightning, and creation of course. This allows them to make simple movements as gennin, such as a circle of lightning, but as sannin, they could make litteral mazes with complexity of their powers. They also gain a slight resisntance to heat due to them accessing electrical energy and surviving its extreme heat, though they would still get burned with a simple fire ball jutsu, they would be much worse off if they werent from the clan.

Clan History: It all began with the first born son of the Riduko Sennin. The child was born before Riduko gained his rinnegan, and was abandoned at a normal age, however he had later gained the rinnegan, he was known as the second sage of the six. This child did not do much to gain recognition and therefore is not well known. However he was very successful, getting married and having children.

The problem with said children, is there were five of them. With there being five, each one possessed a fifth of the rinnegan, allowing them to freely manipulate and be immune to one element each. The children were rivals as children, but the two who manipulated fire and lightning were close friends, who despised the others for their stupidity. These two eventually led to the birth of the shikyo clan, which can manipulate both Fire and lightning.

When lightning grew, he had multiple children, each of them hoping to possess rinnegan, however none being successful. In the coming generations of Excussums, One boy named Nagato unlocked the legendary rinnegan, but by that time the clan was too far spread out for anyone to notice. Eventually the last members of the clan moved to Kirigakure, where they are cheered for their help with many important missions that wouldve failed without them.

Special Characteristics: Kigi is incredibly fast, said to be faster than even the legendary Might Gai. However few know how fast he truly is. His physical abilities are much like Gai in his second gate, however this constant physical state requires perfect control of his body.

He is a genuis beyond even Orochimaru and Madara, able to study his opponent's weaknesses within a fraction of a second. He is also an incredible inventor and strategizer.

When using Mental Recognition his speed and strength shoot up far beyond Gai's fifth gate, and his reaction timing speeds tremendously. Fortunately, unlike the gates this jutsu strains muscles, not the organs, therefore proving comatose a possibility, but death highly unlikely, however a user must watch their body heat, for if it gets to 120 degrees, which would happen in 6 posts, their brains litteraly explode, this is higher than the average body resistance because of the clan's semi-resistance to fire and heat.

Description: A 5 foot sledgehammer, with chakra conducting Stone at the top, making it nearly indestructible. It has a hollow stick, coated with chakra conductive material, furthering its Indestructibility. When used for long range, all Roran has to do is turn it like on would a gun, and channel chakra into it, shooting out Senbon from the end of the hammer side. These Senbon are usually poisoned lightly to cause disorientation, not much worse though.

The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.

It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.

Description: The user lures the target in, using a Shadow Clone as bait. The target, acting according to the principle of "attack to bring down the enemy," falls victim to a powerful explosion. If one can see through the body of the Shadow Clone, it is possible to evade the blast. However, by wrapping it up in trick after trick, the target will be guided into the technique for sure. The size of the explosion is considerably large.

Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed.[2] To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination. Shisui Uchiha was feared as "Shisui of the Body Flicker" (瞬身のシスイ, Shunshin no Shisui), likely referring to this technique.

The different hidden villages have variations of the Body Flicker Technique, all of which involve some extra element aside from the movement itself. The extra element is usually some sort of substance used to distract the opponent, such as leaves or sand. Gaara, for instance, uses the Sand Body Flicker (砂瞬身, Suna-Shunshin), which uses sand to cover his movements. Other varieties include the Mist Body Flicker (霧瞬身, Kiri-Shunshin), Water Body Flicker (水瞬身, Mizu-Shunshin), and Leaf Body Flicker (木ノ葉瞬身, Konoha-Shunshin). The Fourth Raikage combined the Body Flicker Technique with the Lightning Release Armour which allowed him to dodge even Amaterasu in a split second.

Description: Using this, Roran may easily cling do any surface, by using his "static cling" which makes him able to even walk on water. He may even use this to "fly" however that takes alot of chakra compared to most jutsu. He does this by creating a layer of chakra around his body, or at certian points. He could cling to a slime covered wall without difficulty. However due to the chakra usage of this, he may only hold on for an explicit ammount of time (20 posts, its just a chakra control thing, not very much chakra, just alot of concentration)

Description: Though not really genjutsu, it is cleared the same way. This is the only Genjutsu that Roran uses. He confuses the senses of his opponent, by touching them, making them feel high, or disoriented. He can use this breif second to do many things, as they will be numb due to neuron shock, as well as deaf and blind, for half a post, allowing Roran to sneak in a surprise attack.

Type: Hidden Ninjutsu
Description: By liquefying the whole body at will, this technique makes it impossible to receive damage from physical attacks. From a single hair to the skin and muscles, everything can be liquefied and solidified at will. Be it to evade an enemy's attack during a short range battle, to infiltrate a structure, or to launch a surprise attack in a liquefied state, this technique boasts a high strategic value. Using this, the user can also re-shape their body parts for suitable situations. The only way to contain a user of this technique is to lock them up in an airtight container so they cannot move about. When the user passes out, they turn into a jelly-like state.

As this technique turns the body into water, the user is vulnerable to lightning techniques. When Suigetsu was pinned down by Darui's sword, imbued with electricity, Suigetsu noted that he couldn't liquidize properly.

Description: The technique itself is rather powerful, and ingenuis. The healer, whether healing himself, or another, will charge lightning to the part of the body which is damaged, replicating the cells. This lacks Tsunade's healing's weakness, as the lightning stops the aging process during the duration of the technique. This jutsu costs too much concentration to be used in battle, hence the lower rank.

7 posts to fully regenerate. While much less complex than organs, Limbs require healing bones, and muscle, along with the fact that afterwards it would feel foreign to the body, taking three topics to use it as good as the old limb.

The main reason it is so low of a rank is due to its incredibly taxing chakra usage, taking anywhere from A-SS, A for cuts, S for organs, SS for limbs, and its inability to be used in battle.

Description: Once the user uses this jutsu it cannot be undone. If he already has a bloodline the two will fuse, at the cost of losing one of the user's elements. The body must be a bloodline that is impossible to obtain any other way, meaning no dojutsu. This can also be used on others who are willing.

This jutsu works by Roran using his lightning powers to locate and extract the DNA that the KKG requires, after which the body of the user, or the target, will replicate itself, killing the old cells, but making new ones with the KKG added. This proccess is very painful and leaves the user/target weak for a topic. One body can only hold one natural KKG and one KKG added by this technique, it is also irreversible.

Description: This technique channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces.

As shown against Killer Bee, Chidori can also be used to simply give the opponent a large electrical shock without impaling them.

Description: Orochimaru's Juinjutsu are the cursed seals that were one of the most frequently-used jutsu of Orochimaru in the series, which he usually gave to his most powerful and unique followers. To apply a cursed seal, Orochimaru needed to bite his intended target. As he had sharp fangs and an extendable neck, this was a relatively simple task. The seal then appeared on the body of the victim near the point of application, and they subsequently lost consciousness. The design of the seals varied from person-to-person. Sometime later, had the victims survived, they would awaken with the first level of the seal active and be enraged due to the seal's influence. The seals worked by forcibly drawing chakra from the user's body, giving the user a chakra capacity beyond what they would normally be capable of, as well as increased physical performance, especially in battle.

Added by SimantThe seal has two different levels, and the types of transformations differ from seal to seal. When inactive, the seal is simply a black tattoo on the user's body. Orochimaru has a wide array of cursed seals, so the appearance and power of the seal will usually vary from user to user. Each seal always has three identical marks arranged in a circular pattern. When first activated, the marks on the seal glow and replicate, spreading over the user's body. This is known as the first level (状態1, Jōtai Ichi; Literally meaning "State 1") of the seal. The degree to which this occurs is dependent on the user, and the degree to which it spreads is proportionate to the overall effect it has. Normally, the wearer of the seal will also experience slight pains during the activation of this level.

The second level (状態2, Jōtai Ni; Literally meaning "State 2") of the seal causes the black marks to completely envelop the user. This is followed by an unnatural alteration of the user's body, with the only common features being yellow eyes with a black sclera, skin changing colour, and longer hair. When in this level, the seal eats away at the user's mind and personality, driving them to madness if used for too long. It also takes quite a toll on their body, since they are being mutated by the seal. Aside from the first and second levels of the seal, skilled users of the seal are able to perform partial transformations in which the aforementioned mutation caused to the user's body in the level two state can be used without altering the entire body. The power of the cursed seal can even synchronize with the user's regular body with extended use, increasing the stats of their normal state for a short time.[5]

Because the seals forcibly draw chakra from the user, they will often kill the user when first applied. Orochimaru has averaged a ten-percent success rate when applying these seals. Additionally, even if the user survives, their body will not be able to easily control the power of the seals given to them. To compensate for this, Orochimaru developed the Mind Awakening Pill. The drug forces the user's body to become accustomed to the unnatural increase in power, but also kills the one who takes it. The sealing jutsu Four Black Fog Battle Formation and Dark Sealing Method are used to keep the drug from killing the user by placing them in a temporary death state. Prolonged usage of the seals would corrode both the body and mind, making it easier for the users to be susceptible to Orochimaru's influence.

Orochimaru originally developed the cursed seals through experimentation on a boy named Jūgo, whose body naturally produces an enzyme that triggers a state, on which the cursed seal is based on. The difference between Orochimaru's seals and the unrefined enzyme are the effect that they have: while the cursed seal is controllable, the unrefined enzyme, extracted from Jūgo, produces uncontrollable rage and madness in those exposed to it, including Jūgo himself, and the effects cannot be controlled.[6] Similarly, Jūgo is not limited to a single transformation, and can change the advantages of his form to fit the situation.

For the anime-exclusive seals, they tend to have fatal side effects if handled improperly, as seen when Mizuki's seal, which is unique in that it requires extra procedures to activate its powers, he nearly died due to using it earlier than he should, and lost all his powers regardless. The ones administrated onto Team Guren would kill them if the seals were not handled properly, which prevents them from escaping Orochimaru's clutches.

It appears that the cursed seals are also partially made from Orochimaru's chakra. Kabuto stated that Anko Mitarashi was branded with one and contained some of Orochimaru's chakra inside her.

Background Information
History: Kigi had a hopefuly upbringing, being a child of great potential. However good Itachi was treated, Kigi was treated a lot better. That was his public life, however behind the doors at his home, his father came home drunk every night and beat him. His mother was long dead by this time, meaning his father only beat him, and his brothers Daichi and Yori. However one day, his father had been asigned to kill his best friend, drawing him closer to insanity.

The next night when he came home, he began to beat them all, however Yori received the worst. Yori fought back as hard as he could, but a five year old cant compare to a trained ninja. Kigi stepped in. However he was utterly changed. He had grabbed a kunai and stabbed his father in his abdomen, killing him slowly.

When he woke up later, he was in a hospital, with Daichi right by his side, crying, saying for him not to lose him too. This worried Kigi, as they had not cared much for their father, but why would Daichi be crying. Suddenly he noticed Kigi was awake and hugged him, telling him that he was worried. Daichi and Yori were dependent on him from then on. He was old enough to become a ninja and had to do so, rising up the ranks fast, using his mission money to pay for his stressful life, along with his brothers'. He was likely the most stressed of the three of them.

Before long he had become an ANBU and was around fifteen. At this point in time, he began seeing the corruption of the village. He woke up Yori and Daichi one night and asked them to pack everything they had. He sealed everything into three small scrolls, one for each of them. He then moved their money into a scroll, and left. It was easy to leave, but it was hard to survive. They eventually settled down in some nameless town, and instead of getting a normal job Kigi began teaching Yori and Daichi how to be ninja, allowing them to access the cespool of knowledge Kigi had built up. He eventually made them unofficial gennin.

He was still considering a missing ninja and therefore, persecuted. One day he came home to find Yori and Daichi decorating the walls... with their blood and organs. This began Kigi's descent into madness. With his family dead, and no friends, he had no choice but to wander alone. He was eventually offered a deal by the Otokage. He would be wiped of his crimes if he rejoined them, knowing a rinnegan user would be incredibly userful, funny thought, that he only APPEARED to have it, yet held no abilities it would normally give him.

During his time as a Ninja working for the otokage, he began to loosen the bolts that held the shield over his heart, allowing himself to trust others and rely on someone other than himself. The otokage and him had an odd friendship, but nothing more. He was eventually declared Sannin due to his help in delivering a scroll that kept the village from going to war. Without him the scroll wouldve been destroyed.

Unfortunately, this peace would not last, eventually Oto had gone to a small battle and the Otokage attended. His body was recovered the next day, along with the accompanying forces that had been devistated. Kigi was promoted to Otokage soon after.

RP Sample: The man beside him was oddly tall, and very fit, likely more so than Zane himself, but this man had no true benefit like the gates, elements were his true powers, powers that were beyond normal comparison. He could have used another power, but for now, these ones could do. Simply put, he wished for one last thing to add to his asortment of powers. The rinnegan. Such an eye would be the final ingredient to his final power. The man was dressed oddly for such an occassion, considering he was in simple black and red. His shirt was red with the words "those who dont have the strength to stand for themselves, should fall down and die" on it. Truly, these words were the meaning behind this attack, but admittedly, mostly it was due to a recent lack of funds the tsuchikage felt himself having. His jacket, which had steel plates inside was darker than the blackest void, along with his jeans having the same style and quality, even laid out with steel in the same way, avoiding the joints, but allowing most coverage.

For many reasons this man had been annoyed. Currently, the council was trying to keep him from destroying Ame, after he heard of the Amekage's attack, he had wanted to retaliate, however Zanza did not allow him to, now he could. Perhaps here he could find a fun fighter to duel, if not it was a good source of funding, perhaps he would take over another village the following week.

The gates infront of them were oddly open and relaxed gaurds. To the gaurds Roran simply seemed normal, but Zane was an oddity they were quite worried about. With a simple flick of the wrist, Roran sent lightning into their necks, overloading their brains and frying them. The pathetic chuunin had no chance to dodge. Roran actually scared the people more, for his odd resemblence to the legendary Pein, even though Zane was close behind in the fear factor. Of course Roran's neuron editing allowed him to make that fear into a Phobia, making most lower ranking Ninja run from them.

"I could not care less what you do Zane, I am going to destroy everything though, so to put it simply... Have fun with this." With that stated Roran began setting the gates on fire, burning them rather fast, even with the constant rain. It was hard to use fire in the rain, but if he created it from electricity, it would be strong enough to hold up. This entire village was now their plaything. Roran had made that clear by his sentence. The fire began to spread to buildings, burning many alive. Roran himself stopped a moment. "if you want, you could kill the kage, I dont care, try to leave a few gennin and chuunin though, or anyone willing to join Iwa, we can always use torture to.. persuade them" He chuckled.

His hair blew as the fire burned the buildings, an effect from the wind. Suddenly a large explosion happened a few blocks away, appearently a building has some sort of gas leak, allowing the fire to make it explode, which gave Roran and amazing idea. He took out shekkeikegan and began slicing civilians in the steet, before getting more towards the ninja section of the village, amazingly enough, this happened incredibly fast, the fire spreading as if it was lit with oil, and Roran moving at half his speed, but allowing him to see lower ranks and civilians in slow motion, cutting them down with ease.

It was rather clear to everyone by this fraction of a minute, that Amegakure was being attacked. May god have mercy on their souls, because Roran would not. The civilians had tried running, but most had been slaughtered as soon as they ran from the burning houses, thanks to shekkeikegan's weilder's speed. This village was as good as dead now, the rain had appearently slowed to a halt, barely falling now, as if god had tightened the faucet over Ame, knowing he would need to save water to wash away the blood stains.

A few of your techniques are in the forbidden and limited list. I would suggest you go over it and remove them.

I want a second opinion on Dna Replication since it is a technique that can be abused.

terrbily sorry, it said Tsunade's strength control, I get a bit.. confused sometimes, anyway I edited it, and DNA replication cant be abused, a single bloodline, which cannot be dojutsu can be absorbed, nothing more, that would include self pertaining bloodlines, such as Deidara's mouthing hands thingy...

Yeah being able to take a bloodline still seems abusable in my opinion that is why I want another admin to look at this.
